The leaked information included highly sensitive personal details such as full names, mobile phone numbers, physical addresses, SNILS insurance numbers, passport details, and medical policy information. While the record count reached 10 million, the actual number of affected individuals is likely lower due to duplicate entries per person. The vulnerability allowed unauthorized access to private health insurance documentation and personal identifiers of Russian citizens.
