MCResolver

The Minecraft Resolver service known as MCResolver experienced a significant data breach in December 2015. The incident resulted in the exposure of millions of records connecting Minecraft usernames to their respective IP addresses. This database was widely circulated within the gaming community and utilized for targeted attacks such as DDoS. The leak highlighted vulnerabilities in third party services that track player data and serve as tools for identifying users across different servers. The scale of the incident impacted over 13 million unique entries making it one of the largest gaming utility leaks of that era.
