In June 2019 the Ukrainian medical information portal medcard24.net experienced a data exposure incident. The event involved the automated extraction of records through parsing techniques. The data set included details regarding medical institutions across Ukraine. While the volume of records was relatively small at approximately one thousand entries the exposed information consisted of professional contact details and physical location data of clinics within the national health infrastructure.
