MineHeroes

In July 2019 the Minecraft server network known as MineHeroes suffered a data breach that exposed sensitive user information. The incident involved the unauthorized access and extraction of the community forum database. The leaked data contained personal identifiers and security credentials of approximately 570 thousand players. Investigations suggest the breach occurred due to vulnerabilities in the forum software which allowed attackers to bypass security layers and gain access to the underlying SQL database containing registered user records.
