In October 2022 the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine suffered a data breach when a Russian hacker group leaked a database containing citizen complaints. The incident exposed personal information of approximately 20000 individuals who had filed requests or complaints with the ministry. The leaked data includes full names alongside contact details and physical addresses. This breach was part of a series of cyber attacks targeting Ukrainian government infrastructure during the ongoing conflict.
