The breach included sensitive personal information of citizens using the regional portal. The leaked data consists of full names and email addresses along with passwords stored as bcrypt hashes. The scale of the incident is estimated at 25 thousand user records. This incident highlights vulnerabilities in regional government service portals where administrative data is stored.
