In January 2024 a significant data breach occurred at NanoCad a Russian engineering software developer. An attacker gained access to the internal SQL database exceeding 30 gigabytes in size. The leak exposed over a hundred tables containing comprehensive information about users orders suppliers and forum discussions. The main user table alone included roughly one million records. Compromised data involves sensitive personal and corporate details including hashed passwords and professional information. The breach appears to have impacted the main website infrastructure and its associated community resources.
