The incident involved an unauthorized access to a database containing listener details. The leaked data included sensitive information such as full names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, and IP addresses. Additionally, user passwords were found to be stored in SHA1 hash format which is considered cryptographically weak and susceptible to cracking.
