Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University, a prominent higher education institution in Thailand, suffered a significant data breach in November 2024. The incident resulted in the exposure of personal information belonging to over 61,000 individuals, including students, faculty members, and administrative staff. The leaked dataset included sensitive details such as full names, email addresses, phone numbers, and hashed passwords. Additionally, institutional data regarding university departments, residential addresses, and IP addresses were compromised, posing risks of targeted phishing and unauthorized access to educational accounts.
