Unauthorized access led to the exposure of sensitive user credentials and personal identifiers for approximately 110 customers and employees. The breach involved the extraction of email addresses and cryptographically hashed passwords containing salt. Such incidents in the industrial sector often stem from vulnerabilities in web applications or outdated server software allowing attackers to perform SQL injections or gain unauthorized administrative access to the backend systems.
