Okrug

In 2022 the Russian clothing and uniform manufacturer Okrug experienced a significant data security incident. An unidentified threat actor gained unauthorized access to the online store database and subsequently published it on several dark web forums. The leaked dataset contains approximately 200 thousand records including personal identifiable information such as customer names and mobile phone numbers. In many instances the records also included dates of birth and physical residential addresses. This breach exposed a large segment of the company customer base to potential phishing and social engineering attacks.
