In June 2023 the Russian sporting goods chain Olimpvl suffered a significant data breach. The incident led to the exposure of approximately 37 thousand records including 27 thousand contact entries and 10 thousand user profiles. The breach compromised sensitive technical and personal information including hashed passwords with salts. The leak originated from their online retail infrastructure and was subsequently circulated in the public domain by threat actors.
