Orbs.it

In late 2022 a significant data breach occurred involving the gaming platform Orbs.it. The incident resulted in the unauthorized exposure of a database containing sensitive information of approximately 4.7 million users. The leaked data included email addresses, usernames, and hashed passwords. The breach was publicly disclosed after the database began circulating on several underground hacking forums and data sharing platforms. The compromise appears to have been caused by an exploitation of a vulnerability in the platforms backend infrastructure which allowed attackers to dump the primary user table.
