In March 2021 the Ukrainian online cosmetics and perfumery retailer ParfumCity experienced a significant security breach resulting in the unauthorized access and publication of its customer database. The leaked data includes comprehensive tables covering users and transactions. Specifically the breach exposed records of approximately 40000 customers and details of over 500000 orders. The hack involved the extraction of sensitive information from internal databases including customer names contact details and hashed passwords. The public disclosure of this data poses risks of phishing and credential stuffing attacks against the affected users.
