On March 10, 2024, an unauthorized party gained access to the customer database. The incident resulted in the exposure of sensitive information belonging to approximately 8000 users. Leaked data includes personal identifiers such as full names, email addresses, and phone numbers. Additionally, cryptographic hashes of user passwords were leaked alongside technical telemetry regarding user devices, including specific hardware models and operating system versions used to access the platform.
