PhoneRadar is a Russian online service dedicated to reviewing and identifying fraudulent phone numbers. In April 2024 the platform was subjected to a large scale data collection incident through web parsing techniques. The resulting dataset includes detailed records of phone numbers identified as suspicious along with the associated feedback and the nicknames of individuals who submitted the reviews. This incident highlights the vulnerability of crowdsourced security platforms to automated data extraction which can be repurposed for malicious activities or further social engineering.
