In September 2022 the Russian real estate service Pik-Arenda suffered a significant data breach. The incident resulted in the exposure of approximately 150000 records containing sensitive customer information. The leaked dataset includes personal identifiers such as full names, dates of birth, and contact details alongside specific real estate data like apartment information and addresses. Furthermore technical and financial data including IP addresses, individual tax numbers known as INN, passport details, and payment information were compromised. This leak poses a high risk of identity theft and financial fraud for affected users.
