In November 2022 an unprotected database belonging to the Pilki manicure and pedicure network was discovered. The exposure resulted in a file containing approximately 800000 records being published on a popular hacking forum. The breach included sensitive customer details such as full names mobile phone numbers and email addresses along with dates of birth and specific order histories. The incident highlights significant risks related to misconfigured cloud storage and lack of access controls on internal servers.
