The breach resulted in the public exposure of a user database containing sensitive credentials for over 7000 registered accounts. Investigations revealed that the data was likely extracted through a vulnerability in the website content management system or database layer. The leaked records included administrative and user logins along with cryptographic hashes of passwords including salt values which are used to protect the original credentials from easy cracking.
