PvPWars

In March 2020 the Minecraft server network known as PvPWars suffered a significant data breach. The incident led to the exposure of a database containing sensitive user information. The breach occurred due to vulnerabilities in the server infrastructure allowing unauthorized access to the backend systems. Exposed data included usernames and email addresses along with salted MD5 password hashes. This incident affected a large portion of the player base who registered on their forums and store during that period.
