Quidd

In March 2019 the digital collectibles marketplace Quidd suffered a significant data breach. An unauthorized third party gained access to the platform database resulting in the exposure of nearly 4 million user records. The compromised information included email addresses usernames and hashed passwords using the bcrypt algorithm. Following the initial intrusion the stolen data was first traded privately in underground circles before being widely leaked on public hacking forums and indexed by breach monitoring services.
