Rostelecom Employees

In June 2022 a database containing internal records of Rostelecom employees was leaked online. The data was reportedly exfiltrated in early 2021 and made public later by threat actors. The incident involved the exposure of detailed corporate directory information for approximately 109 thousand staff members. The data set includes professional details such as corporate email addresses within the rt.ru domain along with private and work phone numbers and specific job titles within the organizational structure. This breach highlights risks related to targeted phishing and social engineering against corporate infrastructure.
