In March 2020 the online flower delivery service Rus-buket.ru suffered a cyberattack that led to the exposure of its customer database. The breach involved approximately 16000 records containing personal details of clients who used the platform for ordering floral arrangements. The leaked data included full names email addresses mobile phone numbers and physical delivery addresses alongside specific order history details. The incident was attributed to unauthorized access by hackers who subsequently published the stolen information online.
