Russian Military 2021

On February 28 2022 the Ukrainian Center for Defense Strategies released a database containing records of Russian military personnel gathered during 2021. The breach involved a PDF document totaling 6616 pages. The file exposed personal details of approximately 120000 soldiers including their full names military unit numbers specific service identification numbers and current military ranks. This information was subsequently used in large scale email spam campaigns and shared across various online platforms during the early stages of the conflict.
