SirHurt

In April 2021 the gaming utility website SirHurt experienced a significant data breach. SirHurt provides scripting tools and exploits for the Roblox platform. The incident resulted in the exposure of sensitive user information from their database. The breach was attributed to a security vulnerability that allowed unauthorized access to client records. The leaked data included thousands of unique accounts and was subsequently circulated in the underground community. Security researchers noted that passwords were stored using weak MD5 hashing algorithms making them highly susceptible to cracking and subsequent account takeovers.
