The leak originated from an unsecured server or a compromised administrative system. The dataset was structured in a way where multiple personal details were merged into a single field making it a consolidated record of citizens. The exposed information included full names alongside sensitive identification details like passport numbers and mobile phone contacts. This incident posed a significant risk for identity theft and targeted phishing campaigns against the residents of the region.
