In late November 2021 the Russian online retailer SuperArbalet which specializes in bows and crossbows suffered a significant data breach. An unauthorized party gained access to the store database resulting in the public disclosure of approximately 72000 user records. The compromised data includes personal identifiers such as full names and email addresses along with account security information including usernames and hashed passwords. This incident exposed customers to potential credential stuffing and phishing attacks.
