Superhry

In December 2021 the Czech gaming portal Superhry suffered a significant data security incident. The breach resulted in the exposure of sensitive information belonging to approximately 528 thousand registered users. Security researchers found that the platform stored user credentials in an insecure manner specifically using plain text format for passwords. The leaked dataset contains personal identifiers and technical metadata which could potentially be used for credential stuffing attacks on other platforms where users might have reused the same login information.
