The incident resulted in the exposure of a database containing sensitive customer information. The leak originated from an unprotected database or a server compromise, revealing personal details of roughly five hundred users. Exposed data points include full names, contact numbers, and email addresses. Additionally, user security was compromised through the disclosure of MD5 hashed passwords with salt, which are susceptible to cracking attempts by malicious actors.
