The incident led to the exposure of a database containing approximately 700000 records with nearly 400000 unique entries. The leak originated from an unprotected database or a system vulnerability allowing unauthorized access to internal student and lead information. Exposed data points include personal identifiers and contact details which were subsequently shared on various dark web forums and data leak aggregators. This breach impacted current and prospective students of one of the largest private educational institutions in Russia.
