The incident resulted in the exposure of sensitive administrative and demographic information belonging to over 800 thousand individuals. The leaked records include full names gender details dates of birth and residential addresses. This data was reportedly compromised due to security vulnerabilities within the ministry portal that allowed unauthorized access to internal databases containing public health service records.
