In January 2020 the official website for the psychological horror adventure game The Last Door suffered a significant data security incident. An unauthorized party managed to access and extract the user database containing information of approximately 130000 registered players. The exposed data includes identity details and security credentials such as hashed passwords and network identifiers. This breach impacted the community that supported the game developed by The Game Kitchen.
