Tirax is a Russian wholesale and retail provider of mobile accessories and electronics. On November 7 2024 a database dump was publicly released containing approximately 1.5 million records. While the total row count is high the unique user count is estimated at around 30000 individuals. The incident exposed sensitive customer information including personal identification and hashed credentials. The breach appears to have originated from a SQL injection or unauthorized database access resulting in the publication of internal system tables.
