Toonbook

In November 2015 the Toonbook social networking site often described as a cartoon version of Facebook suffered a data breach. The incident led to the exposure of personal information belonging to approximately 32 thousand users. The leaked dataset included participant names email addresses and IP addresses. The data was originally shared by a user known as Calljmpmov on the Raidforums platform. Analysis of the breach indicated that the database format was inconsistent which caused some entries to be mixed or improperly formatted within the leaked files.
