Travelio

In November 2021 the Indonesian online property rental platform Travelio experienced a significant data breach. The incident led to the exposure of confidential information belonging to over 470000 users. Security researchers identified that the leaked dataset originated from a compromised database containing personal details. The breach included sensitive information such as hashed passwords and contact details which were subsequently shared within the cybercriminal community. This exposure posed a medium to high risk of identity theft and credential stuffing attacks for the affected account holders.
