Twitter (Partial)

In January 2022 a vulnerability in the Twitter platform allowed actors to link email addresses and phone numbers to user profiles. This flaw originated from a code update in June 2021. The breach exposed millions of accounts including sensitive non public contact details. The leaked data contained account handles display names biographies location data and profile images. Approximately 6.7 million email addresses were specifically identified as compromised in this partial dataset which was later circulated on hacking forums.
