In 2014, a data breach occurred involving the subscriber base of Azamat Ushanov, a well-known Russian-speaking internet marketer and info-business trainer. The leaked database was obtained from Smart Responder, a popular Russian email marketing and newsletter automation service that was widely used by bloggers, coaches, and online entrepreneurs. The breach exposed approximately 400,000 subscriber records belonging to users who had opted into Azamat Ushanov mailing lists. The compromised data includes full names, email addresses, phone numbers, and city of residence.
