Xploder.net

In late 2014 the gaming cheat and modification platform Xploder.net suffered a significant security breach. An unauthorized third party gained access to the service database resulting in the exposure of sensitive user information. The incident affected approximately 109 thousand registered members. The leaked data included email addresses, unique usernames, IP addresses, and salted MD5 password hashes. This breach allowed malicious actors to potentially perform credential stuffing attacks or deanonymize users of the cheat software community across other platforms.
