YandexEat Couriers

In early 2022 a major data breach affected the Yandex Food delivery service courier database. This incident led to the unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information belonging to approximately 700000 delivery personnel. The leaked dataset was published on various underground forums and included personal identifiers and security credentials. Investigations suggested the breach occurred due to a technical vulnerability or internal data mishandling. The exposed password hashes utilized the Bcrypt algorithm which provides some level of protection but remains a significant security risk for the affected couriers.
