On June 6 2022 a Russian threat actor group disclosed a data breach affecting Yavp.pl which is a Polish platform designed to assist Ukrainian refugees with job placement and integration. The incident involved the unauthorized extraction of a database containing approximately 63 thousand user records. The exposed data includes sensitive personal and technical details such as full names, email addresses, social media profile links for Facebook and VK, IP addresses, and user passwords stored in hashed format. The breach targeted a vulnerable population during a period of high geopolitical tension aiming to disrupt humanitarian support services.
