Zvonili.com a Russian platform dedicated to tracking spam and fraudulent phone numbers suffered a data scraping incident in April 2023. An unauthorized party collected the entire available database of the service. The breach exposed over 228 thousand unique phone numbers along with 367 thousand detailed comments and 251 thousand author nicknames. This dataset also includes the internal rating and classification of phone numbers which can be used to link aliases to specific communication activities.
